1. Begin by applying a base coat of Dixie Belle All-in-One Silk Mineral Paint to the masks. Allow them to dry completely.
2. Once dry, apply a second coat if needed and let it dry thoroughly.
3. Utilize the Dixie Belle Artist Paintbrush to add delightful designs and details to the masks using the fine brush.
