Hi everyone! It’s Denise from Salvaged Inspirations! I’ve restyled a sweet MCM Highboy in Juniper and can’t wait to share the process with you. I hope you love it as much as I do!

Can you believe fall is here already?!! Dixie Belle sent me these gorgeous Limited Time Only Fall Paint Colors to try. Seriously, I’m so in love with these 5 colors I had a really hard time picking which one to use. I don’t think I could have gone wrong regardless of which one I chose though. Here’s how it all came together…

Materials List:

How To:

Step 1:

To prep this piece for paint I gave all the cobwebs a good vacuum and removed the hardware.  Then this dresser got a good cleaning inside and out with this White Lightning.

Step 2:

I ended up choosing Juniper for this MCM dresser. Juniper is a woodsy muted green with gray undertones reminiscent of a walk in the crisp, fall forest!

Step 3:

For the exposed wood veneer sections, I ended up with a happy mistake. Hemp Oil was all I was going to apply but when I did, the red in the veneer was too much. To mute it down I used this Weathered Gray Stain applying it right over the Hemp Oil as they are both oil-based products.
