This lovely antique buffet received a total makeover!
Dixie Belle Paint Products:
Wonderful White Paint:
Fluff is a serene, soft white with a slight gray undertone. Use Fluff for traditional or modern style projects.

How To:
Step One:
The loose veneer was stripped away and the entire piece had to be sanded down, but finally after lots of prep it was ready for a bright, fresh new look.
Step Two:
The buffet was hand painted in high quality Dixie Belle chalk mineral paint starting with a base of Drop Cloth, the perfect off white.
Step Three:
I then blended in highlights of Fluff and shaded using Gravel Road.
Step Four:
The lovely trim details were glazed using Dixie Belle’s Best Dang Wax in Brown to add some extra dimension.
Step Five:
Last but not least it was sealed with their Clear Coat in Satin for some extra protection and shine!

Check them out here: https://dixiebellepaint.com/dbp-synthetic-brushes/. It depends on personal preference, but many painters use a different brush for each color and then a separate brush for blending the colors together. Hope this helps. Happy painting! 🙂
