How to Use VooDoo Gel Stain

   I’ve decided to stain my kitchen cabinets instead of painting – do you think that’s possible? They are a dark maple and I’d like to do a charcoal gray or black – is that possible? What products do I need?? Thanks so much in advance!!

     Hi Ivana,
     Yes, you can stain your kitchen cabinets, you need to clean with White Lightning and you can use Colonial Black No Pain Gel Stain over the existing stain, no sanding required!

   Can i put a light stain over a dark stain without having to sand to bare wood?

   I have painted a chair Linen and then put voodoo white magic gel stain over that, wiping to give it a weathered look…my question is..Do I need to now clear coat the piece? Thanks
