Upgrade Your Vase with Terra Clay Paint!

Hello, everyone! I’m Marieza from Home with Marieza here! I’m going to show you how to upgrade your vases with Terra Clay Paint!

Materials:

• Dixie Belle Mud (available in white, brown and black)
• Blue Moon Terra Clay Paint
• Prairie Dawn Terra Clay Paint
• Clear Coat in Flat
• Spackle
• Sanding Sponge

How To Update Old Vases:

Step 1: Add spackling or Dixie Belle Mud to the outside to change texture (optional)

First, to change texture, add spackle to outside of vase. Make sure to evenly spread the spackle to avoid any unwanted ridges.

Step 2: Sand the surface smooth

Then, use a sanding sponge to sand it smooth.

Step 3: Select your Terra clay paint color(s)

Next, I used the color Blue Moon on one vase and Prairie Dawn on the other. (Mainly because I couldn’t decide what color to pick! In the end, the blue won.)

Step 4: Seal for longevity

Finally, seal the clay paint with a thick coat of Clear Coat Flat.
