How To Make A DIY Paint Stick Flag

Step 1: Connect the wood paint sticks together

Arrange paint sticks and glue them together.

Step 2: Make holes in the upper two corners

Drill a hole in the upper top corners for the string to go later.

Step 3: Paint stripes with a chip brush for a vintage effect and stencil on stripes

Lightly brush the paint onto the flag, giving it a time-worn, weathered look. Use stencils of your choosing for the stars.

Step 4: Tie on a rope to hang the flat

After the paint dries, feed each end of your rope into the back of the two holes you drilled into the top corners. Display and enjoy!
