- Foam and Dandy Brush
- No Pain Gel Stain in Golden Ash
- Silk Paint in Anchor
- Chip Brush
- Silk Paint in White Cap
- Patina Paint in Iron
- Patina Spray
- Cinnamon

How To Create a Rusty Shovel from a Dollar Store Toy:
Step 1: Use an adhesive bonder Bonding BOSS
First, start off by painting the head of the shovel, paint with two coats of Slick Stick. Let this dry. UPDATED: try our new and improved Bonding BOSS!
Step 2: Mix your perfect metal color
Then, mix together Silk Paint in Anchor and Whitecap to make a dark grey, visit Dixie Belles Color Lab to mix accordingly. Give the shovel 2 coats of grey paint.

Step 3: While wet, sprinkle on cinnamon
Next, while the paint is still dry, sprinkle some cinnamon and dust off any extra. If you like this look, you can clear coat and call it a day!

Step 4: Rust it up with Patina Paint and Spray!
However, if not, then brush on one coat of the Patina Paint and let dry before adding another coat. Spray on the Patina Green Spray and watch it go to work for more of a rustic look!

Step 5: Apply Gel Stain for an aged look
Finally, apply No Pain Gel Stain in Golden Ash using a Foam and Dandy brush, a little goes a long way. Wipe away and let dry.
